The new technologically innovative sports clothing is great to wear for comfort and for fashion. Active lifestyle clothing was limited when I first seriously started running. Today performance clothing meets performance fashion!!! Although it is not necessary to buy a new wardrobe to workout, do wear clothing that feels comfortable and allows you to stretch and move freely.
