It’s not too simple to be true. You do not have to sweat, wear tight clothes and work really, really hard to get fit. It’s called Qigong (pronounced chee gong),  an ancient Chinese exercise system.  It’s better known child is Tai Chi, but Qigong is fast being recognized as one of the most effective methods to get healthier and to maintain your Wellness.
